PAMPIS IKAN TUNA


Ini resep pindahan dari Multiply saya, dibuatnya sudah lama. Hanya ingin saya satukan di blogspot ini saja :-) Hanya sudah saya edit jumlah bumbunya. Sewaktu masak yang di foto ini, berasa agak kurang bumbu.

Ingredients:
8 kaleng ikan tuna
1 1/2 shallot ukuran besar diiris halus
Santan 1/2 kaleng (200 mL)
Sereh 3 batang (ambil bagian putihnya dan digeprek)
Daun jeruk
2 batang daun bawang diris-iris halus
Daun kemangi

Bumbu halus :
3 sdm minced garlic
1/2 sdt kunyit halus
3 cm jahe
12 butir kemiri
3 cabe merah besar banget..
10 butir cabe rawit merah - sesuai selera

Directions:
1. Tiriskan tuna dari kalengnya.
2. Tumis bawang merah/shallot dengan minyak sampai wangi.
3. Tambahkan bumbu halus lainnya dan sereh tumis sampai matang
4. Masukkan tuna yang telah ditiriskan tadi (saya beli chunck tuna...ternyata halus banget jadinya...tapi masih OK :)
5. Aduk rata bumbu dan tunanya, kemudian masukkan santan.
6 . Masak sampai mengering, sebelum mengering tambahkan irisan daun bawang.
7. Hidangkan dengan nasi panas atau dapat dijadikan isi roti goreng/panada

Happy New Year 2011!

Happy New Year 2011!
Selamat Tahun Baru....

Activities in December 2010 has made no time for me to update my blog.
Anyway, I've tried some recipes in that month.
I made Nastar Cookies, with semi homemade pinapple jam, I made Kastangels cookies using edam cheese and parmesan cheese. And I also made meringue drops/Schuimpjes from the excess of eggs white.
I used recipe from Estherlita.blogspot.com, here is the LINK.
I added mocca pasta into it. I made some drops shape, and some of 'macarons' like shape.

By the way, what are the differences between meringue/schuimpjes and macarons?
I don't know it's right or not...maybe macarons doesn't contain cream of tartar...just pure eggs white, sugar and nuts powder.

At the end of year 2010, I borrowed big steamer from a friend. So I made Lemper/rice cake, bolu kukus(steam cup cake) and talam pumpkin...
