Vanilla Ice Cream with Preserved Sweet Rice

Yesterday I found preserved sweet rice at Asian Groceries Store.

I was very excited. Usually we had coconut milk based ice cream with it.

But as I don't have enough time to make homemade coconut ice cream.

I just used ordinary natural vanilla ice cream from the store.

But it was still good...

I felt summer spirit while enjoying a glass of this kind of ice cream.
